Clark Select Properties, Inc was founded by one of the nation's top real estate brokers, Gil Clark. For over 25years, Gil Clark has helped thousands of For Sale By Owners sell their homes quickly by listing them for a low flat rate on the MLS. Over the years, Gil has earned many prestigious awards and was nationally 
recognized in the top 1% of sales. He was also recognized as the number two top selling Realtor® in the U.S. according to the National Association of Realtors® official magazine. In all of Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. - Gil has held the title as the #1 Top Selling Residential Real Estate Broker for many years. This means that not only are hundreds of homes listed by Clark Select Properties, Inc, they are actually sold! At the end of 2011, Gil retired to pursue other interests. The company is now run by his wonderful daughter Stephanie Smith. Stephanie founded a similar company, Carolina Premium Properties, in 2006 and has the same goal of providing a better way for people to sell their homes and saving thousands of dollars in listing comissions.
